Scope of Services
Non-Invasive Nature: All of our specialty services (Radon Testing, Termite Inspection, Sewer Scope, Home Inspection, etc.) are non-invasive. This means we do not dismantle, open, or break into walls, ceilings, floors, or structural components.
Accessible Areas Only: We only inspect areas that are readily accessible at the time of the inspection. Items that are blocked by furniture, stored items, or fixed panels cannot be examined.
Limitation on Warranty: The inspection report is an opinion based on a visual observation of the property's condition at a specific point in time. It is not a guarantee or warranty of future performance, function, or condition of the inspected items.
External-Party Services: Where we use External-party services (e.g., laboratory testing), their terms and limitations may apply separately.
Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Confirmation: An appointment is only confirmed upon official written communication (email or message) from our company.
Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible and that all necessary utilities (water, electricity, gas) are active and functional for the duration of the inspection.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least [Insert Hours/Days, e.g., 24 hours] in advance. Cancellations made outside this window may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Specify Fee/Amount, e.g., $100].
Fees and Payment
Service Charges: Fees are detailed in your service quote or rate sheet. By booking the service, you agree to the quoted price.

Use of Reports
Sole Use: The inspection report is for the sole use and benefit of the Client who engaged and paid for the service.
Intellectual Property: The report and its contents are the copyrighted property of [Master Key ]. No portion of the report may be copied, published, or distributed with External parties (other than the Client's legal and financial advisors for the purpose of the transaction) without our express written permission.
Recommendation for Verification: The Client acknowledges that any significant defects or repairs noted in the report should be verified and further evaluated by a qualified contractor or structural engineer prior to purchase or repair.
Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability: You agree that the liability of [Master Key] for any claims, damages, or errors arising out of or related to our service will be strictly limited to the amount of the fee paid by you for that specific service.
Exclusion of Damages: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits or loss of business opportunity) arising from or related to the service or report.
